Cassidy Dance Collective

By booking classes, courses, or online tuition with Cassidy Dance Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

  • All classes, courses, and online tuition must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-transferable unless approved by Cassidy Dance Collective.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Class cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Missed classes without notice will not be refunded.

Class Changes & Cancellations by Us

  • Cassidy Dance Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness or low attendance.

  • Any class changes or cancellations will be communicated via email and official Cassidy Dance Collective social media channels.

  • Where possible, an alternative class or class credit will be offered.

Online GCSE & Online Classes

  • Students attending online classes are responsible for having suitable internet access and appropriate equipment.

  • Online sessions may not be recorded unless stated in advance.

  • Sharing online class links or materials without permission is not permitted.

Student Conduct & Safety

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.

  • Cassidy Dance Collective reserves the right to refuse attendance if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are collected promptly.

Insurance, Safeguarding & Liability

  • Cassidy Dance Collective holds public liability insurance.

  • All teaching staff are first aid trained and hold fully enhanced DBS certificates.

  • Safeguarding procedures are followed in line with UK Government safeguarding standards and guidance.

  • Participation in all classes and activities is at the student’s own risk.

  • Cassidy Dance Collective cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

Media & Photography Consent

  • From time to time, photographs or video recordings may be taken during classes or performances.

  • Any media used will be for online promotional purposes only, including the Cassidy Dance Collective website and social media platforms.

  • No names or personal details will be shared alongside images without explicit permission.

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us in writing.

Privacy

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

  • Cassidy Dance Collective reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
